- Approximate size Built floor area and number of storeys, even if only roughly.
- Where the site is The town is enough. We are based in Seville and Ibiza, but we work wherever the project is; the location affects timescales, regulations and site visits.
- Whether there is a geotechnical report If there is one, it saves a lot of work. If not, we will tell you what investigation is advisable.
